AT FIRST GLANCE...there are games that always look 'Tasty' ATS in many publication as a 'Bullet' trend only to 'trap' upon further review. In 2006, The Director looked for the first time to clear the way for you to understand which team has the real 'ADVANTAGE' against the 'Trend'. Week 6, The Director is suggesting you 'WATCH THE INJURY REPORT!':
10.10 Has there ever been a season with so many injuries to so many teams? With critical injuries to Huard, Leinart, Green, and Carr increasing the unpredictable turns in Week 5, a return to a couple of early season trendsetters will hopefully set things straight The game where injuries will likely have the most impact is in Arizona where having taken back the reigns of victory going 2-0 ATS in the last two matchups with the ARIZONA CARDINALS, the Carolina Panthers, who have also gone 2-0 SU over the last three years, may rely on Moore (who?), or even Testeverde ('No, if haven't seen the wire, you are not seeing things') to try to get it done.
10.10 With the Houston Texans knocking Trent Green off his feet, and out of the game, the Texans, who are off to their best start in franchise history on the arm of Schaub, will revisit the JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS in Jacksonville where they have gone 2-0 ATS in their last two matchups at Underdogs by as much as 13.5 points; the Texans are 3-1 ATS overall in their last 4 versus the Jags. After beating the Texans 27-0 at Home in 2003, Del Rio has gone 1-5 ATS, 2-4 SU, managing an average of only 8.5 points per game in 2006.

10.10 With injuires to both Lewis and Jurevicious in a vicious defeat at the hands of New England, the CLEVELAND BROWNS will look to resume their winning ways versus the Miami Dolphins, 0-5 SU in 2007, who will have to rely on Clemens versus a Browns team that is not only 2-0 ATS versus the Dolphins over the last three years, but took out Saban 22-0 in 2006.

10.10 'Has there ever been an interception as big as Urlacher's on Monday Night?' Stealing the Packers' confidence, the AFC North title in back up in the air. The CHICAGO BEARS head back home to face the Minnesota Vikings who have not only gone 0-6 ATS in their last six games at Soldier Field, but outside of 2003, both Mike Tice and Brad Childress have only been able get within 20 points. Favored by as many as 7.5 points and Underdogs by as many as 9 in 2006, the Vikings, who will again enter unsure if Jackson or Holcombe will be at the helm, have only managed an average of 10 points per game over the last four games.
