Wheretobet.com has received a new payout complaint against Prism Casino, part of the notorious Virtual Casino Group.

Some time ago we had reported putting this gaming group on probation, following them hiring Marty Davis, someone whom staff at Wheretobet.com knows well and trusts very much.

Mr. Davis made great strides towards cleaning up Virtual Group's highly tarnished reputation and attending to even very old payout and customer complaints.

However, Mr. Davis is no longer employed by the Virtual Casino Group, and it seems that without him there they have reverted to some of the tactics that they are (in)famous for.

We have been informed by a player that she placed a withdrawal request 28 days ago, but has yet to receive anything. The withdrawal was "approved" 20 days ago. However the withdrawal was split in two, which will greatly prolong the time that the casino can hold the money pursuant to their payout terms. The player did not request this and it is an obvious delay tactic.

Wheretobet.com staff contacted Virtual Casino Group with the intention to assist the player, and we were responded to with a polite explanation of how the withdrawal process works. So far so good. However, when we tried to pursue the matter further to find out why the withdrawal had been split and to assist the player with her check delivery (since the check allegedly has to be signed for personally, but they only deliver during business hours, which is naturally when most customers are at work and will not be home to receive the payment), we received no further reply.

As a result, we have taken the entire Virtual Casino Group off of their prior probationary status and solidly downgraded their ratings.
