Sportsbook.com, PlayersOnly, and Superbook Not Accepting New Players Registrations

On 28 April, 2011 Wheretobet announced that Sportsbook.com, SuperBook, and PlayersOnly had announced that as of 1 May they would no longer be accepting registration of new players resident in the USA.
It has recently been announced that as of Monday 8 August, they will no longer be accepting new player registrations from ANY country.
It has been stated that existing players will continue to be serviced as normal.
